Final dining room window

Finally finished with this years set of windows. Was hoping they'd be done by October, then before thanksgiving. This one took extra time because the meeting rail and one stile joint was rotted beyond repair. I had to have a new stile and rail made for the upper sash. Also was missing a piece of weather strip that I had to order.

Just need to install sash locks and it will be done.

Lower sashes

Sloane's room finally has windows, I pulled them before she was born. Tonight will be here first nite with actual windows and not just storms.

Getting faster, took about an hour for both.

First sash installed

Upper sash in the living reinstalled with new sash cord. #1 of 10. Took about in hour; integrated weather strip pain to reinstall.

Windows cleaned

The putty residue is now cleaned off all windows. Hopefully upper sashes will be installed tomorrow nite.

Windows painted

Interior and exterior painted and cleaned up. Parting stops painted/stained.
