Few more windows

We finished a two more windows and the majority of the door frame leading into the kitchen.

Wood Stripping

Here's some pictures of our first attempt at stripping paint. These sets of windows in the dining room have three layers of paint which needed two applications of the chemical.



You can see the original stain here once the window hardware was removed.




Here's the first application of the stripper.






This was after the first scrapping, in spots you can see the original finish.

The rest of the window will be stripped when I pull the sashes out this summer.

Light Fixtures

The electrical work on the inside of the house is all complete and all the fixtures are now in place.

The sconces were orginally in the dining room.
