Everything gutted
I found an old wasp nest up here. Repairs were made to the outside, but the inside framing was left as is. The wasps chewed up the top plate.
New header put in over window.
Header for pocket door
New wall for shower stall.
Hopefully next week the plumbing will start his rough-in
